Leadership
Michael Palmore founded 12th Regiment following fifteen years of corporate, start-up, and military experience. Beginning his career as a Cyber Operations Officer in the US Air Force, Michael led teams at Headquarters Air Force and throughout the world. He has commanded a Forward Operating Base in Afghanistan and co-founded a start-up innovating consumer products. Most recently, he held various management positions at a major oil & gas company. Michael has earned an MBA, a BS in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and a Masters in Technology Commercialization from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
